We at I Choose Thin are true believers that weight loss is something that anybody can achieve. We not only talk about healthy weight loss we practice what we preach. We are firm believers that in order to lose weight you need to concentrate beyond any diet or meal program. We know that the only way a diet can be a success is if it is a program that you can live with for the rest of your life. Many people want to lose weight for an event or a trip somewhere and that is a main reason why you are over weight. Everyone wants to lose weight fast and forget that what is done now affects the rest of your life. It is a fact that you CAN lose weight on a fad diet but what happens after you lose the weight? If you are on a liquid diet do you only eat liquids forever? If you succeed on a carbohydrate free diet are you done with carbs forever? There is a life after your diet and that life is more than likely full of yo-yo weight loss. That yo-yo weight loss is what you stop doing when you listen to what I Choose Thin has to say.

Diets will fail you if they include a set meal plan that excludes certain foods. A diet will fail you if you if you are required to always eat certain mail order foods. This statement can be made because a diet is a failure if you lose 100 pounds and then gain them all back at a later date. A diet change must last a lifetime or no matter what degree of success you momentarily achieve, it is ultimately a failure if you gain your weight back again. Either you achieve long-term and permanent weight loss or the weight loss journey left you off at the wrong exit. This can even hold true for many people who opted for weight loss surgery and never solved the issue that caused them to become over weight in the first place. Notice we say the “diet” failed you and that you are not a failure.
At I Choose Thin we are firm believers of healthy weight loss through eating less, more often and making good food choices. We know that you need to get out and exercise for your health and that will lead to weight loss. What we know to be true is that if you eat smaller meals more often and make them healthy choices combined with exercise, you will lose weight. It is that simple! True weight loss is achievable and you can do it!! Skip the diet and start to really live and you will learn that if you strive for fitness before a trying a diet, you will be thin.
