What is Your Reason For Weight Loss?

You want to lose weight and you have tried this diet and that product and the results are always the same. You spent money, tried the product and now you weigh more than you did last year at this time. If you are like most "dieters" then you can easily close your eyes and take a silent inventory of all the gizmos or pills that you now have in your home. You may have the dusty treadmill upstairs or the jump rope in the cabinet. If you are like most over weight people you have equated a product to being a success in your weight loss attempt. Are these weight loss scams that have taken advantage of you or are you just not trying hard enough?

There are two types of products you can buy when trying to lose weight. The first is something that you use to help take the weight off, such as exercise equipment. The other type of product is something you think that will take the weight off for you, such as a diet pill. The problem that many people experience with weight loss equipment is that although they purchase it with the greatest intentions, there is lack of motivation to use that equipment to the point needed to lose the weight. You need to be commended if you are purchasing some exercise equipment but you must realize that you must use that equipment if you are to achieve any benefit from that equipment. As far as diet pills are concerned it is unfortunate but there is not one pill on the market that will actually help you lose weight and be able to keep that weight off for life. If that pill were to be invented it would receive as much coverage as the Presidential race. A successful diet pill has not been invented that actually works as demonstrated by the silence from the world media. A true weight loss pill would be all over the news. All too often dieters hope that by popping a pill it will make the fat fall off, and that will never happen.

Regardless of what ever you spend your money on there is a good chance that you have failed in your weight loss attempt and that is why you are searching the internet for solutions to your obesity problem. What we here at I Choose Thin have learned is that if you want to lose weight that it needs to be something that is sparked within your very essence of being. You need to desire to lose weight so bad you can taste it. All too often we wrap obtuse reasoning into our weight loss goals that are external instead of internal. If you want to lose weight because someone made a joke of you then you need to readjust your desires. It would be much more effective if you wanted to lose weight because you wanted to be healthier. If you want to be able to sit in a booth in a restaurant but can’t do that now because you are too large then do not do the diet thing because you are embarrassed, do it because it is what you desire.

A weight loss journey is a very personal and very private matter. The whole point here is that if you are going to achieve long term weight loss then you need to start that journey for the right reasons. The best reason is to do it for your personal health. That may appear as a silly statement but we want you to examine why you are searching the web for weight loss. We want you to know that weight loss is very achievable but it is so much more possible when done with the right motivation. The motivation needs to be internal and not because someone shamed you into a diet. The thing you need to do is make the choice to be thin and that will be so much better than being shamed.
